Hi, I’m Arun.

As my daughter went through various stages of being a picky eater, I often thought of myself as a “sneaky parent” trying to get fruits and veggies into pizzas, pastas, and quesadillas. I first started making pancakes for my daughter on the weekends with whole wheat flour, fruits and veggies snuck in, and real ingredients from my pantry. She loved her ‘purple pancakes’ with berries and beets!
