What is Sneakies?
Sneakies is a single-serve pancake and waffle mix. Each bag of our mix includes a full serving of fruits and vegetables, is made with real ingredients, and makes 4-5 medium sized pancakes. Our boxes come with multiple packs of all our flavors, perfect to try out different flavors across the week.
What flavors are included?
Banana Bonanza (with bananas and carrots), Apple Pie Agents (with apples and spinach), Berry Bandits (with berries and beets), and Buttermilk Blast (with buttermilk, banana, and cauliflower). More flavors launching every quarter!
Do all pack sizes include all four flavors?
Yes. Every box includes Banana Bonanza, Apple Pie Agents, Berry Bandits and Buttermilk Blast. The 8-pack box includes 2 of each flavor, 16-pack includes 4 of each and 24-pack includes 6 of each. Subscribers have the option to customize their boxes!

Product & Preparation
How do I prepare Sneakies?
Open one bag, mix with egg and milk, then cook pancakes or waffles as you would normally. Follow instructions on the back of the pack for the exact amounts of recommended milk and recommended temperatures.
You can use any milk of your choosing and also choose to make the pancakes without egg (simply add more milk or applesauce instead).
We recommend cooking Sneakies at a lower temperature than you may be used to, to ensure the fruits and veggies cook evenly.
How many pancakes or waffles does one bag make?
Each bag makes approximately four to five medium-sized pancakes or waffles. If you have a larger group or want to make more pancakes than that, we recommend using multiple bags.
How long does preparation take?
Preparation time can vary by appliance and serving size.
Can I make waffles with the mix?
Yes. The same mix works for pancakes and waffles — cook it in a waffle iron instead of a griddle and follow your normal instructions.
Can I use a milk alternative?
Yes, you can use the milk of your choosing!
Can I prepare the batter ahead of time?
Yes, you can prepare the batter ahead of time, though we don’t recommend leaving out for more than 20 minutes.

Where can I see the ingredients?
Each flavor has its own ingredient list, and all include a combination of: whole wheat flour, buttermilk, coconut sugar, fruit and vegetable powders, and baking powder.

Each flavor has its own Nutrition Facts panel.
What fruits and vegetables are in each flavor?
Banana Bonanza pairs banana with carrots. Apple Pie Agents pairs apple with spinach. Berry Bandits pairs strawberries and raspberries with beets. Buttermilk Blast pairs buttermilk with bananas and cauliflower.
Does Sneakies contain wheat, milk, or egg?
Sneakies pancake and waffle mix contains whole wheat flour and real buttermilk, and thus does contain wheat and milk. We recommend adding an egg and milk, your milk of choice, when you prepare it at home, but you can prepare Sneakies without the egg by adding an additional milk.
Sneakies is made in a facility that also processes other allergens, including soy, wheat, milk, and egg, as well as multiple kinds of fruits, including stone fruits. If you have any questions about allergens, reach out to support@eatsneakies.com.
Is Sneakies gluten-free?
No. Sneakies is made with whole-wheat flour and is not a gluten-free product.
Does Sneakies contain artificial flavors or colors?
No artificial flavors or colors are used.
Will I be able to taste the vegetables?
Most likely not! Taste preferences vary by person, of course, but we think we did a pretty good job of sneaking the veggies in here… so we think you’ll just taste deliciously flavored pancakes.

Subscribers get 20% off their first order, and 10% off every other order.
Is shipping included?
Free shipping is included on every 16-pack and 24-pack order — one-time and subscription alike, including every recurring order. 8-pack orders pay standard shipping of $9.99, one-time and subscription alike.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
Pick a pack and choose delivery every 1 or 2 months. Your first charge gets the active first-order offer; later charges bill at the regular subscription price. Manage upcoming deliveries from your account. You can cancel and change your order anytime.
When will I be charged?
Your first charge happens when you place your pre-order or original order. Future subscription renewals bill automatically on your delivery schedule, based on the frequency you select.
Can I skip a delivery?
You can skip a delivery anytime in your account page. You can change your pack size or delivery frequency from your subscription settings. Email us at support@eatsneakies.com with any questions!
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription anytime. We are glad to fully accommodate you! You can change your pack size or delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription, from your subscription account page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime, and we are happy to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all orders and subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, reach out to support@eatsneakies.com with any questions.

Pre-orders, Shipping & Returns
Are you currently accepting pre-orders in Sept 2026?
Yes. In September 2026, we are offering pre-orders for our first boxes shipping in early November 2026. You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email upon arrival.
When am I charged for a pre-order?
Payment is collected when the order is placed.
Where does Sneakies ship?
We ship to the continental US for now, but hope to expand in the future!
My package is damaged or missing. What should I do?
Contact Sneakies support with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will make things right.
